Christmas

Christmas gets better and better every year as the kids get older. Aidan was really into it this year and even Kiersten was unwrapping like a pro by the end of the day. It is so much fun to watch the joy on their faces.

And even by the end of the season, Kiersten has still not warmed up to Santa. Maybe next year?

Cowboy Stadium Tour

Despite not liking anything 'Cowboys' related, we were excited to have the chance to tour the new stadium. It was cool to see the suites, locker rooms and to be able to run around on the field.

The field was ready for the cotton bowl.

More Christmas Fun

The week before Christmas break Aidan came home from school looking like Rudolph. Then he put together his own float for the Christmas parade.
Our church had a party with a live nativity. Big surprise that we could not get Kiersten away from the animals.

Chopping down the Christmas Tree

We went again this year to the tree farm to chop down our own tree. It took us awhile but we finally found one that we all liked.

Ice!

We went to the ICE! show at the Gaylord. The kids enjoyed the Snoopy themed ice sculptures and Aidan loved the ice slide. We also got to wear some super cool parkas since it was only 9 degrees inside.
Then over to Bass Pro Shop for some more Christmas fun.
