Pumpkin Patch

Today we made our second annual trip to the Pumpkin Patch. It was more difficult to take pictures of him this year because he moves so quickly. He wanted to pick up all the pumpkins and if he couldn't lift it, he would climb on it.

Chicken on the Bone

Aidan loves chicken. He always says "bok, bok, bok" when you ask him if he wants any. Last night though he discovered it was much more fun to eat off the bone.

Stars Game

Last night we went to the Stars game. It was an exciting game but the Stars lost in overtime. Aidan is still a loyal fan, watching intently and cheering when the crowd does. He must have pointed out every star (or 'tar' as he calls it) on all the banners and signs in the arena at least twice. He was especially excited to watch warm ups on the glass. He got a puck tossed over to him from Jussi Jokinen (one of the Stars' players) just for being cute.

In the master bathroom there is a laundry cabinet. Aidan's latest trick is to pull out the basket and climb inside. He likes to have the door closed and everything. Sometimes he takes his trucks inside to play with and other times he is content to just sit in the dark. Here he is peeking out of the top of the cabinet:

The State Fair

On Saturday, we made a trip to the State Fair of Texas. The weather was a little wet but it was a little cooler than it has been lately. Aidan enjoyed the animals in the petting zoo and the frisbee dog show.

Aidan is just discovering his love for the outdoors. He will tell you when he wants to go 'ow-sigh' and will stand at the door and say 'beep-beep' (the sound our door alarm makes when it is opened) until you take him out. He loves to hide behind things and 'peek' at you.

Aidan has also gotten pretty good drinking with a straw especially if it is any kind of smoothie.

Aidan's 1st Day of School

OK, his first day was over a month ago but I can't help posting this picture. He is going to 'school' 2 days a week at church. He is getting good report cards and is learning a lot. He comes home doing strange things that he must have learned at school, like turning around in circles.
